In order to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

• Participant must request refund within 48 hours.
• Participant has not started the course or provided notice of non-attendance.
• Participant contacts Gaylord Courses at 206-999-8050 or contact us.

Refunds will not be granted for failure to complete the required course work or attend lectures. Our Refund Policy is subject to change.
